Nick Papa
Project Manager

As Project Manager for ATREG, Nick is responsible for servicing clients
needs related to asset sales and acquisitions. This includes developing
disposition strategies, strategic assessment of properties, critical needs
analysis, and identifying business development opportunities. Throughout his
career, Nick has developed a strong rapport with clients by servicing them with
integrity and knowledge, as well as accumulating invaluable experience and
awareness in international real estate markets.
Nick graduated from Western Washington University with a
Bachelor of the Arts in Anthropology. After working as a professional
archaeologist throughout and after college, Nick began his real estate career in
property management and investment analysis with a small Seattle-area brokerage
and management firm in 1999. After a stint at Marcus & Millichap in 2003 and
2004, Nick joined Grubb & Ellis as a Research Analyst in late 2004. By fall of
2007, Nick had been promoted to Client Services Manager overseeing research and
marketing for Grubb & Ellis' Puget Sound area offices. Nick joined Colliers
International and became a member of ATREG team in December 2007.
