ATREG
With a unique background in both accounting and business law, Tom provides ATREG
and our clients a professional management expert in all aspects of finance and
administration. Tom has diverse knowledge and practice working with companies
undergoing change both through the integration of acquired businesses and
through development of new products or divisions.
Prior to joining ATREG in 2007, Tom’s extensive experience as a member of
several executive management teams included working in legal matters, investor
relations, human resources, compensation plans, risk management, tax matters,
special finance projects, audit/compliance, reporting, controls, cash
management, bank relationships and sale of companies. He has advised clients in
domestic and international business and federal tax matters including business
formation, acquisitions, combinations, sales and related tax planning.
Tom earned his Juris Doctor
degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1985 and holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Tom is a
member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Washington State Bar Association and
American Bar Association.
