Erin Conger
Vice President, Marketing & Client Relations

As a Vice President of ATREG Erin Conger is a veteran member of ATREG in Seattle and specializes in acquisitions and dispositions. She is a licensed sales associate and has been with Colliers International in the Seattle office since 1991.

Clients include: IBM, Fujitsu, Infineon Technologies, LSI Logic, NEC, Agere, Sumitomo Mitsubishi Silicon Group (SUMCO), Applied Materials, Fairchild Semiconductor, Tower Semiconductor, Kyosha, Jabil Circuit, Sony, Toppan/Dupont Photomask, WiredZone / Prescott Real Estate, Meriwether Partners, Park Corporation, Boeing Employees Credit Union, Washington State Employees Credit Union, and Sony. Erin is responsible for organizing and implementing the marketing campaigns for clients, reporting on marketing status, due diligence and closing processes, and overseeing communication with our clients.

Erin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration - Marketing from Washington State University, graduating Cum Laude from the Honors College and in the Top 100 of the College of Business and Economics. She also attended the University of Copenhagen, Denmark where she studied International Business, Eastern/Western European Business Relations and Danish language. She is a member of the Washington State Commercial Investment Brokers Association and CREW.
