As co-director for ATREG, Doug builds and oversees the structure of each assignment. Doug has significant experience with technical asset dispositions and acquisitions, having represented clients in operational semiconductor fab transactions U.S. and Europe. 

Since joining Colliers in 1995, Doug has represented many clients in all facets of real estate transactions, including  development of corporate facilities strategy, valuation, needs analysis, strategic facility assessment, acquisitions, dispositions, lease administration, and portfolio management.   

Corporate clients have included: IBM, Fujitsu, Infineon, Maxim, Matsushita/Panasonic, LSI Logic, NEC, Agere, Sumitomo Mitsubishi Silicon Group (SUMCO), Microchip, Micron, Applied Materials, Fairchild Semiconductor, Tower Semiconductor, Kyosha, Jabil, Sony, Toppan, Microsoft Corporation, Attachmate, Optiva, and Fluke.

Doug earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law, class of 1991, where he concentrated in real property law.  Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colorado College, class of 1988, where he graduated Cum Laude, earned a Distinction in Economics and was admitted into Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Gamma Mu National Honorary Societies.  Doug recently earned his CCIM designation for excellence in commercial real estate brokerage, asset management, valuation and investment analysis.
