Based
in Seattle, Washington, ATREG
is a specialized team focused
on acquisitions and dispositions of advanced technology
assets. Established in 1997, the group has represented over
US$2 billion in transactions and is the only group to have
sold operational semiconductor fabs for their intended use.
In addition to operational facility sales including supply
contracts and intellectual property, ATREG has successfully
sold, in separate asset sales, the complete, integrated tool
line and the fab infrastructure at premium prices.
ATREG is co-directed by Stephen Rothrock and Doug
Barrett. The extended team, comprised of Erin
Conger, Eric Larsen, Nick Papa, Drew Kossen,
Tom Morton, Sov Leang, and Jenell Quick, are seasoned
professionals forming a unique combination of experience and
skills required to assess and manage highly complex asset
sales.
ATREG follows the advanced technology manufacturing
sector with a database of over 1,000 cleanroom
facilities including supply and demand for these facilities.
ATREG tracks detailed information related to significant
advanced technology asset sales.
Our information is gathered from various sources; some
generally available to those in the industry, but a large
portion is proprietary due to ATREG's close industry
contacts and its exclusive work within the sector.
