Freescale Toulouse is an operational 150mm semiconductor manufacturing facility. This facility is currently manufacturing high voltage, high power, mixed signal technologies using an extensive set of device structures: CMOS, Bipolar, Zeners, Resistors, LDMOS & TMOS, and Capacitors.

The offering includes a fully integrated line of manufacturing tools.
