This facility is currently manufacturing standard logic, PLL, network ICs, SRAM and multiport products. The offering includes a fully integrated line of SMIF manufacturing tools.

Through a flexible two-year wafer supply agreement and IP licensing, immediate revenue is available to a buyer. Wafer volumes expected to range between 75-90% of installed capacity. Build plan includes wafer volumes from all technology nodes, ranging from 0.8 μm to 0.13 μm, using aluminum interconnect.

Running advanced logic and memory process technologies that are efficient, stable and portable to new products. Established operation with excellent quality and EMS track record.
