CAMPUS & BUILDINGS OVERVIEW
Total land size:
approximately 25 acres
including 8 acres to develop a mirror image fab for future
growth.
Construction:
All buildings constructed in 1995 with the RO /DI building
expanded in 1998 (HF Waste Treatment system added) and the
Generator Building expanded in 1999 (Electrical switchgear put
under cover). Administration Building is concrete tilt-up walls
with steel columns, girders & beams and plywood roof deck with
lateral force resisting system consisting of metal floor
diaphragms and concrete tilt-up shear walls, Fabrication
Building is the same type of construction but with a metal roof,
insulating concrete, rigid insulation and specially designed
internal and external shear walls. Out-buildings; Energy Center,
RO DI and Generator Building are the same type of construction
as the Administration but with metal roof deck and insulating
concrete and rigid insulation. Switchgear building is steel
columns, girders and beams with metal roof and siding.
